💼 Entry-Level Marketer – Affiliate & Creator Partnerships

Svibe is a high-growth sexual wellness brand based in Europe, targeting international markets with a focus on the US. We're bold, product-obsessed, and scaling fast through both e-commerce and retail distribution.

We're looking for an ambitious marketer to join our affiliate and influencer growth team. This is a high-pace, result-driven environment where execution matters more than titles — and if you prove yourself, this role can evolve into a full-time channel ownership position.

What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners globally (US & Europe focus)

• Manage conversations and build strong collaborations via platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopify Collabs, and email

• Launch and optimize campaigns to drive traffic and sales

• Track performance, analyze results, and test new tactics to grow faster

• Support broader marketing initiatives as needed in a fast-moving team

• No prior experience required — just raw drive and a bias for action

• Comfortable reaching out and handling communication in English

• Analytical mindset: curious about what works and why

• Self-directed and proactive: you don’t wait to be told what to do

• Interest in affiliate marketing, creator economy, and DTC brands
