Mid-Level B2B Account Manager

Location: Valencia (Primarily in‐office with hybrid potential)
Start Date: June 2025
Base Salary: €36,000 gross + Commision Bonus (uncapped)


About the Role

As our Mid-Level B2B Account Manager at SVibe, you’ll dive straight into a high-intensity, hard-working sales environment. For the first three months, you’ll apprentice under the CEO on US-market accounts, mastering our sales cycle through real deals, real quotas, and real pressure. After probation, you’ll own and scale the European market end-to-end—building your pipeline, locking down contracts, and representing SVibe in person across conferences and client sites. This role demands grit, long hours, and relentless drive, but for the right candidate it’s a career accelerator like no other.


What You’ll Do

  • CEO Apprenticeship (Months 1–3):

    • Partner on sales calls and demos with U.S. prospects

    • Craft outreach cadences, proposals, and closing strategies

    • Manage CRM data, forecast pipelines, and report KPIs

  • European Market Leadership (After Month 3):

    • Develop and execute your own go-to-market playbook for EU regions

    • Prospect, qualify, pitch, and negotiate with key decision-makers

    • Close deals—and exceed targets—while driving repeat business

  • In-Office & Travel:

    • Be based in our Valencia HQ most days, with the option to work remotely as needed

    • Regularly travel to meet clients and attend industry events across Europe

  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Feed market insights back to the leadership team

    • Help refine our value proposition, sales materials, and growth strategy


Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience (tech, services, or related fields)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced setting

  • Extroverted, persuasive communicator who thrives on forging new relationships

  • Highly resilient—you view rejection as a stepping-stone to your next win

  • Startup-minded: comfortable wearing multiple hats and pushing through long days

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially Spanish) are a plus

  • Travel-ready and eager to hit the road for client meetings
