Location: Valencia (Primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility)

Base Salary: €48,000 gross + Commissions (uncapped)
About the Role
SVibe is seeking a Senior B2B Sales Executive to drive enterprise-level deals across the US and Europe. You’ll begin with a 3-month US-market apprenticeship alongside our CEO, mastering our product and sales playbook. After probation, you’ll take full ownership of European markets—building your pipeline, negotiating with C-suite buyers, and closing high-value contracts. This is a high-intensity, hard-working role: expect long days, steep targets, and frequent travel to represent SVibe at client sites and industry events.
What You’ll Do
Own Europe: Develop and execute your go-to-market strategy, prospect and qualify leads, and close end-to-end deals
Executive Engagement: Lead discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with senior stakeholders
Travel & Representation: Be based in Valencia HQ most days, with regular trips across Europe (and occasional US engagements)
Mentor & Collaborate: Share insights with product and marketing teams and guide junior sales colleagues
Who You Are
7+ years in enterprise B2B sales or key account management, with a strong track record of closing six- or seven-figure deals
Natural leader who inspires teams and elevates overall sales performance
Resilient & results-driven: You thrive under pressure, learn from setbacks, and consistently beat ambitious targets
Extroverted communicator: You build rapport quickly and negotiate win-win outcomes at the executive level
Adaptable & travel-ready: Comfortable with frequent trips across Europe and occasional US travel
Fluent in English; additional EU language skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
